This page documents the terms of use for the applications that I have developed or will develop in the future. By using my applications, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use, as well as Privacy Policy, which can be updated at any time without notice. You should take the responsibility for keeping yourself acknowledged with future updates to these Terms of Use.

General

Epic Bits is a company of one person - Vadim Ermolin. I'm keen to develop native power-user applications that don't get in your way, rather organically fit into your workflow.

App Store

When downloading or purchasing any of my products via Apple App Store, in addition to the statements in current Terms of Use, you agree to Apple EULA terms.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or crack my applications
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on my applications
• Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense my applications
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the applications for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

AI Services and Content

Some of my applications (e.g. Fluent), may utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. By using these features:

• You acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions are automated and may not always be accurate
• You retain full responsibility for any content you create or modify using my applications
• You understand that AI suggestions are for assistance only and should be reviewed before use

Privacy and Data Protection

My applications collect zero data and zero telemetry. More on this in Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Rights

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in my applications and websites including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and algorithms, are the property of Epic Bits or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of my intellectual property without my prior written consent.

Warranty and Liability

My applications are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the applications will be uninterrupted or error-free. Please backup your data regularly. In addition, I myself or Epic Bits as a company entity are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of my applications.

Refunds

If you buy or make in-app purchase in one of my applications via App Store, you may be entitled to a refund. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of Apple's Refund Policy in that case. You can apply for a refund here. Please consider contacting me via Email or Support Forum before or after refund - your feedback is very important to me.
